Where does the produce come from?
All of our produce is certified organic. We buy throughout California, Arizona, Oregon,
and Washington. Exotic fruits such as bananas and mangos we buy from organic farmers in Mexico
who are certified by OCIA (Organic Crops Improvement Association)
Why pay more for organic?
By paying a bit extra for organic produce today you reward farmers for getting off the chemical treadmill.
When produce is certified organic, it means that an independent consumer agency has closely inspected a farmer's entire operation,
right down to the soil. What this means to you as a consumer is that your produce is guaranteed free of any chemical fertilizers,
pesticides or preservatives.
